Wow, there has been so much going on this week with London Fashion Week, London Design Festival and Open House weekend coming up. Yesterday the Drew team took a bit of time out to visit Design Junction as part of LDF. We thought we’d mention some of the wonderful products we saw.

First up: Miranda Watkins and her beautiful, considered pewter tablewear produced with A.R. Wentworth of Sheffield (we love an English product). We would have happily taken ALL of her products home with us especially this gorgeous Gleam Carafe and Tumbler Set.

We were blown away!

We were blown away with the next two brands. Cherchbi, beautiful British Made Bags. Their Herdwyck tweed is 100% pure wool from the Lake District all of which is spun, woven and finished within the British Isles. The bags are finished with leather and brass - this one is definitely going on the Christmas list.

Quarterre : Making bicycle stands into beautiful sculptural forms for the home, instead of something to be hidden away. Another completely British made product and another one for our "WANT!" list.

Solid ID's stand of wooden letters, giant labelled jars and a giant anchor light had us itching to explore their Chelsea store.

And our group favourite for their visual impact were these BOCCI lights which just stood out from everything else as their stand was refreshingly warm and a little bit different.

If you're in the London area over the weekend, you absolutely must visit the Design Junction.
Public day: Sunday, 23rd September, 10am - 5pm.
The Sorting Office, 21-31 New Oxford Street, London WC1A 1BA.
